Anita is the System Director of Bariatric Services and the Rejuvenation Centers. Anita earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Kentucky and her undergraduate degree from University of Kentucky. Anita is a life-long native of Hazard with over 38 years of experience in the areas of Hospital, Clinic and Medical Spa management. She enjoys spending time outside of work with her husband, Victor, her two daughters, and her grandchildren. She also enjoys crocheting and traveling.

Lori is an Allergan master Botox and filler injector and she is also certified to perform Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, the SkinPen microneedling, laser hair removal, spider vein treatment and IPL. She received her Nurse Practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University and is ANCC certified. She has ten years of experience in aesthetics, ten years in Bariatrics, and six years’ experience in Dermatology. Lori is a Hazard native and enjoys animals, reading, cross-stitching and spending time with her husband Brad and two daughters in her free time.

Kristi Lovelace, from Hindman, KY, graduated with honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2004 from Eastern Kentucky University. With over 15 years of experience, she has significant training for dermal fillers, Botox plus skin rejuvenation, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Her certifications include the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Hydrafacial, Bellus Medical SkinPen and laser hair removal. In her free time, Kristi enjoys yoga, outdoor recreational activities and traveling.

Sheenia Miller is the Front Desk Coordinator. She is originally from Hazard and graduated from the Hazard Community College with an Associate Degree in Science and also attended the Creations School of Cosmetology in Corbin, KY. Sheenia is a licensed cosmetologist and also has completed the Microblading Masterclass New York. She resides in Busy, Kentucky, with her two children, Austin & AJ.
